Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were comfortable and had a balcony, the fact that the bathroom was not separated might be inconvenient for some. The service was decent, with a few nice touches like a welcome drink, but there were some issues with housekeeping. The location couldn't have been better, being close to the bus stop and everything you need, and offering beautiful views of the Lake despite being above a noisy restaurant. The dining experience was satisfactory if you enjoy homestyle Japanese dishes. The facilities were generally good, but there were some concerns about the pricing.
